Bgztl is an inter-dimensional planet that occupies the same space as Earth, but on a different dimensional plane. The inhabitants of Bgztl possess the ability to dematerialize their bodies into an intangible phantom-like state. The most famous Bgztlian is Tinya Wazzo, a longtime member of the Legion of Super-Heroes as Phantom Girl.

Bgztl is the home world of Tinya Wazzo, more famously known as Phantom Girl, a long standing member of the Legion of Super-Heroes. It is also the home world of Solon Darga, who called himself Phantom Lad, a rejected applicant for the Legion of Super-Heroes. Ron-Vizl, a ruthless paid assassin, also hails from Bgztl.
