An entire floor of an apartment building owned by the Rand Corporation which was rented out by Samuel Sterns. With Sterns' assets seized, Danny Rand decided to use the space as the Avengers base of operations.
"Avengers Apartment" (as dubbed by Clint Barton) didn't serve as their base for too long, with the team abandoning it after the Secret Invasion had ended and were forced into hiding due to Norman Osborn's Dark Reign.
