It's Trick-or-Treat time for the Resurrection Man as he winds up dead in a small town reported to be the sighting place of a mysterious Bigfoot-like creature called the Big Howler. For one man, this town may see the culmination of a lifetime's work; for his son, it's just another place for his father to be ridiculed. That is, unless Mitch's new power brings the urban legend to life.
