Blue Beetle and Booster Gold are hired to capture a vampire in ”Repossessions".

Instead of cleaning up the mess the Shrunken Khunds made in the Justice League embassy Blue Beetle takes a repossession job for Jacobs Research Labs for him and his partner Booster Gold. Their job is to apprehend a recently discovered "vampire" living in the sewers as a specimen for the Research Lab. They find and fight the beast but realize he may not be the evil man-killer they took him for and develop a soft spot for him, but Caitiff (the "vampire") commits suicide.
