This legendary and frightening symbol has, for countless millennia, been a sign that The End of Days have arrived on whatever world it is seen. It's power gives Arishem the right to judge worlds of their worthiness, should Arishem's thumb face downward the unworthy world will face certain annihilation either at the hands of a full Celestial Host, Arishem himself or Exitar the Exterminator (who can be summoned by the Incantation to fulfill his duties).
