Babidi was eager to bring Majin Buu back to life so he could continue his father's plans, Known for taking over the universe, this made him proud. Babidi took control over the minds of Dabura, Pui Pui, Yakon, and Vegeta to help him in this cause chaos on Earth. Babidi's mental abilities are powerful and stronger than various mystical people who live in Other World such as the telepathic North Kaio, and illusionist Princess Snake. After Buu is resurrected and released, Vegeta nearly destroys Babidi when trying to kill Buu. When Buu is considered destroyed, Piccolo slices Babidi in half and leaves him to die. After Buu revives himself, he finds Babidi who then tells Buu to revive him. Babidi tells Buu to kill Dabura, Kaioshin, Gohan, Piccolo, Goten, Trunks, Vegeta (before his sacrifice) and whoever else thwarts in his way. As Buu very objective, Babidi can only get him to do what he says by threatening to seal him up again. After a confrontation with Goku, Buu realized that he is stronger than his master Babidi. Knowing this, Buu strangles Babidi , and then punches his head off rebelling against Babidi.
