Tiger first appears in Judge Dredd: Under Siege #1 working alongside Gilberto Pena.

History

Prior to meeting Gilberto 'Mayor' Pena, Tiger worked in a small fastfood restaurant in Patrick Swayze block but it was shut down, forcing her to sell her (and her family's) organs through Kidney Hut, however, Kidney Hut attempted to take her youngest brothers kidney and she was able to get help from Gilberto to take down the terrible company.

Powers & Abilities

Tiger possesses above average marksmanship, some leadership ability as she works directly for Gilbert 'Mayor' Pena and owns a 'light jacket', an object which glows bright red in the dark; allowing her and her allies to see in the dark.
