Origin

The Natural was a kid raised by Captain America super-fans. He was also a big fan of his physical superiority and his traditional American values. After being radicalized by YouTube videos, The Natural was recruited to Hydra promising a newer and better organization after Baron Zemo was ousted as leader.

The Natural first appeared in Falcon & Winter Soldier #1 by Derek Landy and Federico Vicentini

Major Story Arcs

Massacre at O.F.U.

As a child prodigy killer, The Natural was tracked and recruited by Hydra mole, Veronica Eden at the Office of Foreign Utilities (O.F.U.). He was frustrated with being kept on the bench and ended up killing everyone at the OFU. This got the attention of Falcon and Winter Soldier. Veronica put them on the trail of Baron Zemo, but Zemo put them on the trail of The Natural.

When they caught up with them, The Natural was starstruck as a big fan of Captain America. He played along with their moral grandstanding while secretly believing that Hydra could be a force of good once Eden ousted Zemo. He even gave her credit for the massacre to Falcon and Bucky. Together, the trio caught up with Eden in Nevada while being followed by Zemo. The five get into a rumble where they tried convincing each other to change sides.

Ultimately, Sam and Bucky got the best of The Natural and had him arrested.

The Natural is an above average hand-to-hand combatant and marksman.
