Tara Tam was a regular girl whom did not get along with her parents very much. Everything changed however when Tara gained the powers of a shapeshifter by eating meat that was made out of Skrulls whom had changed themselves into cows.
Creation
Tara Tam was created by Chip Zdarsky and Joe Quinones and first appeared in Howard the Duck Volume 3 issue 1 (2015).
Major Story Arcs
Meeting Howard
Tara Tam had moved out of her parents' house and started a tatoo shop. She first met Howard the Duck when they where both in prison due to minor offences. When they both left jail, the two started an unlikely friendship.
