Spoiler was a field agent of the Life Foundation. He was first in a mission to terminate Sneak-Thief. He had enhanced human strength and durability and was skilled in armed and unarmed combat. He was highly proficient with ballistic weapons.
He was a mercenary whose typical motivation was his profit or his continued survival. When the situation turned too dangerous for his taste, Spoiler would turn and run. Abandoning whatever allies fought by his side.
