Shugah is a clone of Rogue of earth-616 and was created by Mojo for his own television show. She was part of the first wave of baby-replicas of the X-Men. They soon formed a team and got to call themselves the X-Babies. She had a love/hate relationship with Lil' Dazzler because they both loved the same 'man', Lil' Longhsot. They also had a crush for the real life Longshot when they encountered him a few years later.
