Brief History

Senator Warkovsky was a United States senator whom had hired a special agent named Kali Vries to become his spy in the organization known as the Superhuman Tactical Activities Response Squad (or S.T.A.R.S.). He was planning to get another term by winning the elections by extrosian and other means. Warkovsky's plans however failed witch resulted in his defeat in the elections.
