After the Punisher burned the Bar With No Name during Stilt-Man's wake, Sal re-opened it and with a group of small time criminals, managed to acquire Stilt-Man's suit thanks to the Tinkerer. The want to form a Stilt-Man crew.

Sal acquired the bar on the logical basis that the Punisher would not burn the place to the ground twice in a row and that no criminals would dare coming back in here after Castle's last visit.

After a fight for the Stilt-Man title, they are eventually betrayed by Travis Butler and Sal kicks him out of the bar with a gun. He then opens a democratic vote in order to decide who will be the Stilt Gang leader and votes for Michael Watts.
