Brief History
A minor villain whom fought Spider-Man and Captain America once when he was imployed by the crimeboss known as Silvermane. He was one of many villains to die by the hand of the Scourge.
Creation
Rapier was created by Ralph Macchio and Jim Mooney in 1980 and first appeared in The Spectacular Spider-Man Annual # 2.
Abilities & Weapons
While he had no powers, he was agile and strong. He also had a fencing foil equipped with a stun function.
