Mr. Doll was an early enemy of Iron Man. He used a doll as a magical talisman which could be linked to another living being. Mr. Doll could then touch parts of the doll and cause pain to the being connected to it. He eventually transferred his consciousness to two new bodies, the Brothers Grimm.
Creation
Mister Doll was created by Stan Lee, Steve Ditko and Dick Ayers in 1963. His first appearance was in Tales Of Suspense # 48. This foe appears to have been inspired by the Puppet Master, of Fantastic Four fame, as they are very similiar.
