The lumbering mutant Manacle worked with Revenant and attacked the X-Men when they invaded Ransome Sole's mutant club "The Slash" to try and rescue Major Debra Levin who had been investigating Sole.
Creation
Manacle was created by Chris Claremont and Adam Kubert in 2000 and first appeared in The Uncanny X-Men # 383. Later, as the Xtreme X-Men investigate the Marie D'ancanto terrorist trial, Manacle, again with Revenant, work for Elias Bogan.
