Magnitude was uncovered as an alien imposter during the Skrull Invasion. However, it is known that everyone who was replaced has been recovered and can be assumed to have returned to active duty. Since the imposter was a Super-Skrull, Magnitude's true abilities have yet to be revealed, though they may be some form of overall energy manipulation. However, it could be that Magnitude never existed and it was always the Skrull.
