History

Sandy works as a wrestler, with an old western theme, in the UCWF or the Unlimited Class Wrestling Federation. Magilla is the second generation of members to be join The Grapplers. This second generation of members was dubbed as the New Grapplers which caused some tension between the original group and the new members.

She was first seen helping some members, such as Gladiatrix and Butterball, restrain Titania away from Battleaxe. When The Thing was accused of murdering Titania, Sandy and the rest of the Grapplers attacked Him. It was with arrival of Ms. Marvel that he was relieved of all accussations.

Creation

Magilla was created by Mike Carlin and Ron Wilson in 1986 and first appeared in The Thing # 33.

Powers

Like the rest of the Grapplers, she possesses superhuman strength and a skill for unarmed combat. She is also known for having excessive body hair for a woman.
