The man who would become known as Light was a preacher and activist hoping to make the world a better place. What his actual cause was is unknown. He was abducted and brainwashed by Protocol, leader of Undertow. He was also genetically modified to have the ability to project light and emit light based energy blasts. A strategy panel controls Light's every move from Undertow's submarine headquarters.
Creation
Light was created by Evan Skolnick and Richard Pace in 1994 and first appeared in New Warriors # 54.
