Libra (LMD) is the 3rd such member of the criminal organization Zodiac to take the title. She made her first appearance in West Coast Avengers #26-Zodiac Attack!

She battled with the Zodiac against the West Coast Avengers, but were rendered inert when they were transported to the dimension of the Brotherhood of the Ankh.
Powers and Abilities
Libra has only demonstrated the ability to levatate and fly. Besides her attributes as an LMD no other unique abilities have been noted.
Special Attributes
The 3rd Libra is an LMD and as such has specific attributes due to her construction as an android. She is highly durable and hard to damage, her reaction time and agility are above peak human abilities as are her speed and balance. Another trait as an LMD is her quick recovery rate, as nanites work to self repair whenever the LMD is damaged.
