Origin

Juliana Sandoval is the girlfriend of Roberto Da Costa.  While watching a soccer game she saw Roberto change into Sunspot for the first time.  While everyone ran away toward the exits she ran forward and embraced Roberto.
 
Later she is kidnapped in a plot to kill Roberto.  Roberto arrives alone and does all he can but fails even when Moonstar and Karma show up to help things go badly and Juliana throws herself in the path of bullets meant for Roberto.  She dies there in Roberto's arms at fourteen years of age.
