Jeff Palmer is a character of Earth 4011

Jeff and his pal Daniel Ring live in Pinckeyville, Canada. The pair once saw Logan up in his cabin, when they were hunting weasels. Jeff also have a very large sister, whom Daniel picks on a lot.

Creation

Jeff was created by Paul Jenkins for his six part mini series Wolverine: The End

Major Story Arcs

Before George can take supplies up to Logan's cabin he is bothered by Jeff and his pal Daniel. Daniel does most of the bothering but when Jeff mentions he heard that Logan was a mutant, Daniel quickly turns the conversation to Jeff's sister. Daniel says Jeff's fat sister is a mutant, to which Jeff comes to her defense. This give George time to get in his truck and start to drive away.
