Izzifizz is from the planet Zziazz and a royal member of a colony of sentient flying insects.

He was able to obtain a piece of the Gleambody, and through it he received the power of the Silver Surfer. He joined the Skyriders with a common goal to defeat the Uni-Lord.

His power was stripped from him along with the other Skyriders by Vartu's Blackbody.

He became the final member of his race and became a member of the Congregation of Finality. But this was not the Uni-Lord's doing. Izzifizz had bartered the ability of his race to fly for a piece of the Silver Surfer in his last act of greed. He planned to use the piece to survive the upcoming storms his planet often gets and repopulate with members of his own clan. His greed caused his entire race to drown and die, leaving him to be the last.

Izzifizz died along with all the other members of the Congregation.
