Origin
Inka is a formerly infamous member of the siren sect, who has become a member of a vampire clan called the Forgiven led by Raizo Kodo alongside Visigoth, Quickshot, Nighteyes and Sanjay. The Forgiven infiltrate the domain of Castle Dracula and attempt to put old feuds aside and try to join forces with Dracula to stop the Hulk who has been decimating the Vampire Nation as a hammer wielding member of the Worthy. Dracula refuses to join forces with Raizo and has Inka and the rest of the Forgiven placed in the dungeons.
Creation
Inka was created by Victor Gischler and Ryan Stegman in 2011 and first appeared in Fear Itself: Hulk vs Dracula # 1.
