During the Skrull Invasion of Earth a contingent of Super-Skrulls stormed Ryker's Island and while fighting off a contingent of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents unleashed one of their brethren, someone they thought would aid them in the Invasion, they were wrong. Upon arriving at Ryker's Island Ms. Marvel found one remaining S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent barely clinging to life who said that The Skrulls had released him but they were afraid of it. Ms. Marvel didn't have to go far until she met the "him" the S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent had been referring to. What she found was a Super-Skrull unlike any other, a Super-Skrull who possessed so many abilities that it rippled as it switch from one set of abilities to the next which would also change the nature of his uniform depending on the abilities he was cycling through.

The Super-Skrull began attacking Ms. Marvel up until she lured him to the surface where, after seeing his kinsmen laying siege to New York, murdered as many Super-Skrulls as he possibly could and did so with no mercy. Upon killing several dozen of his own kinsmen The Super-Skrull collapsed from overexertion. Ms. Marvel inspected his presumably unconscious body and found a tattoo on his neck which read "HYDRA Prime 001", it is not known whether HYDRA Prime 001 is still alive or died after he collapsed. And if he is still alive then his current whereabouts are unkown.
