Brief History
A man whom had lived for hundreds of years after gaining the gift of Immortality during a ritual of the "Gathering of the Five". In present time Gray took control of the demon named Shadrac (the demon that made the "Gathering of the Five possible). The demon had taken possession of the mercenary villain Override, but Gray was himself possessed by it and became an unstoppable fiend whom clashed with Spider-man and Spider-girl among others.
