Gondul is known as the Fool, and is often both less intelligent and less brave than her compatriots, the other Disir.
She was originally against fraternizing with Sigurd and his men, an act that led to their being curse, so there is at least one time when the others should have listened to her!
Some of her other sisters include Brun, Hlokk, and Kara.
