Brief History
Villain known as the Ringmaster Of Death. Fritz had traveled to America during World War Two, where he performed with his circus for the American public, all the while secretly fighting against the allies. This brought him into contact with Captain America on one occasion. Fritz was also the father of Maynard Tiboldt (whom later became known as the criminal Ringmaster). Fritz was murdered along with his wife by Nazis seeking vengeance for their testimony against war criminals, many years later (as seen in Marvel Two-In-One #76).
