Brief History
When his father is framed for a crime, young Larry sets about trying to prove his innocence, but he's literally seconds too late to prevent the elder Scott's execution. Disconsolate and vowing to devote his energies to stopping crime, he comes up with the costume and persona of FatherTime. A hero who is devoted to seeing that time works against rather than for the underworld.
