Dry is a member of the Soldiers of Misfortune and serve a man called Protocol.

Creation

Cut was created by Evan Skolnick and Richard Pace in 1994 and first appeared in New Warriors # 54.

Powers & Abilities

Dry has the ability to dehydrate anyone she touches and the effect is instantaneous. The moisture of any appendage or body part she touches with her hand is immediately drawn out and the process is very painful and dramatic. The area of the body she touches begins to wither and serious tissue damage takes place. If Dry touches her victim long enough, she will remove all the moisture from that body resulting in death and leave nothing but a lifeless, shriveled husk.
