Reborn as a Spirit of Vengeance from a dead immigrant and his dog after they died in traffic when they try to avoid the cops.
The two merged together and would become a member of Blackheart's version of the Spirits of Vengeance.
Doghead would later appear working with the deranged Danny Ketch working for Zadkiel at the time. They arrive at Caretaker's house but Doghead has his face blown off by Caretaker with a hellfire gun.
