History
Decay was an Acolyte who attempted to use his mutant power to drain the life force of the High Evolutionary. The energy overloaded him however and caused him to expode.
Powers
Decay can turn organic matter into dust by absorbing it's energy. He can then use that energy to regain his youthful vitality and compensate for his life force which depletes itself at a far faster rate than normal.
