Brief History

Dan was in love with Marrina bu the time they reached their teenage years. He apparently never confessed these feelings to his surrogate sister. Though Guardian was able to realize this reality the first time the two men met. They would meet again, Hudson having to explain about Marrina following Namor to Atlantis. Dan realized Marrina would never return to him and was left heartbroken.
