Charlie Schitti was a former member of the Gnuccis that Frank saved from execution while working as a driver for a new gang. The Punisher then uses him as a informant to gather information about what is going on on the streets. He gets shot in the neck with a tranquilizer dart while at the cemetery after the Punisher makes him dig up the grave of Ma Gnucci. When on the run from Elite, Frank takes him back to his house where it is shot up when Frank battles the mobs.
