Brahma Bill first met Johnny Blaze on the road. Bill became quite impressed by Blaze's skill with a motorcycle. Later, Bill tried to hit on Roxanne Simpson. Roxanne quickly denied his assertions. Brahma Bill also helped Blaze in one his many confrontations with the Orb. The Orb before the fight had temporary wiped the mind of Roxanne. This allowed Bill to later successfully court Roxanne albeit temporarily.
