Boom Boom is an explosives expert who learned his trade mining Haiphong Harbor. Hired by the Committee, he attempted to kill Moon Knight by placing explosives in a package and placing it on the ground where Moon Knight would be walking. His plan did not succeed and he barely escaped the encounter. He decided to tuck his tail and run. Not much else is known about him.
Creation
Boom Boom was created by Doug Moench and Bill Sienkiewicz in 1981 and first appeared in Moon Knight # 4.
Abilities
Boom Boom is an explosives expert that carried sticks of dynamite with him.
