Major Story Arcs
He only appears in one story: Sabotage. He is a soldier alongside G.W. Bridge. As X-Force and Spider-Man try to take down the Juggernaut, he and Bridge hover above and attempt to glean any information on the whereabouts of Cable. Once Cable shows himself, Bridge orders their craft down and the men attempt to arrest Cable. Cable bodyslides and leaves Bridge and Balaban with nothing.
