Bad Timing was a Lilin that was had the power to manipulate time.
He would first fight the Midnight Sons in the mist during the Siege of Darkness. He would be Hannibal King and get blasted by Frank Drake.
He would later lead a powerful attack on the Brooklyn Bridge with a mass number of Lilin. However he suffered a gun shot wound by Louise Hastings and was shot by Frank Drake's exorsist gun.
