Arthur Perry was institutionalized by the time he was twelve, he had commited rape and mutilaton and he was reinstitutionalized for murdering his sister and mother. At fourteen he was in a L.A. street gang and at sixteen he was arrested for selling poisoned heroin to school children. At eighteen he was in Lebanon and slaughter 14 Israeli citizens. His records and past were hidden from S.H.I.E.L.D. when he became an agent ( how is unknown ). He was sent with Agent John Garrett to investigate the murder of President Carlos Huevos of San Conception who was killed by Elektra. John Garett was seduced by her and taken under her mind-control; when Arthur found her at the harbor she killed him. S.H.I.E.L.D. decided to rebuilt Arthur as a cyborg as well as John Garret. Meanwhile Chastity McBryde discovered the true files on Arthur and warned Nick Fury, but it was too late. As soon as he was activated he slew 7 S.H.I.E.L.D agents and leapt out of the Helicarrier. Perry joined forces with the Beast of the Hand to annihilate all life on Earth. During the final fight Perry had dismantled Garrett but he himself got destroyed by Elektra when she grabbed his living brain and crushed it.
