Allergen Al's exact origin is unknown but he is familiar with The Asthma Monster and is the leader of The Allergen Gang.

Creation

Allergen Al was created by Howard Mackie and Mark Bagley. His first appearance was in Return of the Asthma Monster, a story aimed at those who suffer from asthma.

Allergen Al originally organized the breakout of The Asthma Monster from prison. He guarded the way to The Asthma Monster when Captain America arrived at their trap, but he was defeated by Cap in one punch.

Powers And Abilities

Allergen Al is capable of making people suffer from asthma due to the smoke from his cigarettes, his excessive amount of fur, and his dust/pollen powers.
