Allegra Bazin was the daughter and heiress of mob boss Phillipe Bazin. Her initial loyalty to her father was undermined when in addition to the typical murders of the trade, Philippe's activities started leaving behind too much collateral damage for her liking. Following an assassination attempt on young Jason Powell, Allegra drew the line.
She helped rescue Darkhawk from her father and forced Broderick Bazin to give legal testimony against Philippe. Her relationship with Darkhawk himself included both mutual attraction and mutual distrust.
