A saturday morning cartoon and the star of a comic strip, Maxi-Man is a fictional character inside the Ultraverse. In fact, young Kevin Green grew up loving the cartoons before becoming prime.

Maxi-Man would be brought to life thanks to the magics of Boneyard, who wanted to test the power of Prime. A demon vassal attacked Earth and became the character.Prime was reluctant to fight the character but the barbaric attitude and the indifference about innocent bystanders, like Kelly Cantrell, forced Prime to fight his hero and defeat him, returning him to the unreality where he belongs.

He later adopted the form of Willy Wolf.
