Major Story Arcs

Recon is a member of C.O.W.L., Chicago's mid-century superhero union.

He helps in the attempt to capture Skylancer after Skylancer kidnaps Alderman Lowe. He flies above the city, surveilling the C.O.W.L. team and Skylancer to give his team tactical intel. He ultimately gives Radia the exact location of Skylancer when she is temporarily blinded and can't see him, enabling her to heroically telekinetically kill Skylancer, thus ending the terror of the villainous Chicago Six.

Recon is later seen flying a long banner with information about C.O.W.L.'s strike.

Powers & Abilities

Recon had advanced optical gear on his helmet, including telescopic vision and targeting sights that give him the exact location, direction, and distances between people.

Recon can also fly, presumably also through technological means.
