Kaos is from the planet Venus. He used a hypno-ray on the Vultures of Venus so he could completely control them. He then sent them to Earth in hopes of taking over. Stardust The Super Wizard however was watching him from his observatory on his private sun and flew to Earth to stop him. After Stardust defeated Kaos he turned Kaos into a worm and sent him back to Venus where the birds would eat him.
