Origin

Borgo the Mirror Murderer is a Blue Beetle villain who uses mirrors to kill people.  He also used a giant drum to torture and kill people, and his hideout was a lighthouse.  He successfully killed three James brothers including Frank James and tortured Dell James and Fred James.
