A member of the Pantheon, a political force on the senate on the planet Khera, Lord Vulk is a typical representative of the ruling class of the society from that world: selfish, hedonist and cunning, he saw the chance to use Lord Emp as a political tool on the power balance in the goverment of Khera. Flattering Emp's ego, Vulk set the WildCATs apart, isolated Emp and convinced him of postulate as a leader in the Pantheon, meanwhile the Coda did the same with Zealot on their side.

However the intervention of the WildCAts, by busting out a fake terrorist attack, made Emp reevaluate his situation and quitting the Pantheon, frustrating Vulk plans.
