Little is known of the man called Usil, except that he was an Olympic level bowman. His skill with the bow and arrow drew the attention of the Nazi authorities who were determined to assemble their own super powered troop in response to America's All -Star Squadron. 
Usil became a member of the team known as Axis Amerika - who, under the command of the Axis powers clashed with the All Star Squadron and the Young All Stars during the dark days of World War II. When the Axis powers met with defeat, Axis Amerika scattered and it is unknown what happened to Usil.
