A unknown member of the Court of Owls who had a grudge against Tim Fox for bringing him back from the dead. He joined Professor Ivo and T.O. Morrow's Legion of Doom with other enemies of the next generation of the Justice League which proved to be his undoing as he was killed with the rest of the team.
