The Cruel One is a giant android automaton. It's primary function is to protect the "Black City", Necrus, from any potential threats. The Cruel One's attack methodology is to open with a paralytic ray from either one, of it's two, ocular stalks. Once the paralysis has set in, The Cruel One then grabs it's prey, in it's enormous pincers, and rends it to pieces, with it's great strength.
