Slyfox
Slyfox is a professional thief, albeit not a very subtle one. His rep as a capable wheelman and all-around muscle got him a job as part of a crew that included Catwoman, whom he dubbed "Slick." While this score went reasonably well, subsequent ones have not.

Slyfox is known more for his lack of subtlety than anything else. He is accomplished yet very forgettable as a villian. His red mask is only distinguishable because he enjoys operating out of Gotham City. Slyfox, Catwoman and a group of theives were hired by Tony Cavanaugh to steal millions of dollars. They were betrayed by Giz, an operative of The Penguin's. He has encountered Robin and Batgirl, the encounter with Batgirl ended with him receiving a broken leg.
Creation
Slyfox was created for use in DC Comics by Chuck Dixon, and his first appearance is in Catwoman #28 which was released in January, 1996.
